Trixie Stelle comes from the low-income area of Los Santos, she grew up listening to sirens outside her window as part of the soundtrack she called life. Her father was an auto mechanic who worked long hours and her mother stayed at home to care for the family. Life was basic yet always weighted with financial strain. Trixie had learned a long time ago that the world didn’t give you opportunities -- you create your own.
She watched her neighborhood change as a teenager. Gangs moved in, and fighting was so routine that cameras captured police officers appearing to care only after it was too late. Her older cousin Trixie was rolling with some shady characters, and through him she got an inside look at how the city’s “real power” operated behind closed doors. She never wore crime like a second skin, that is, but she understood it — the codes of conduct, the rationales and the costs.
Those streets shaped her. They taught her how to read people quickly, how to stay cool when things went loud, and how to decide when others were unsure. Trixie survived her way into power rather than pursuing it.
Career Story:-
At the age of 20, Trixie joined the LSPD because she thought she could change things, or at least that's what she told people. In reality, she believed that connections, knowledge, and power were more valuable in the department than any badge. She put a lot of effort into her training and soon established a reputation for being tough. She was patient during interrogations, constantly observing and listening.
However, she became more aware of the system's flaws the more she worked within it. Off-duty officers who acted like saints had more sinister activities than half of the criminals the department prosecuted. The rules were not rigid. Morality could be negotiated. Influence was a commodity.
Trixie adjusted. Both on the street and in uniform, she developed quiet relationships with people she owed nothing to and people who owed her favors. She is regarded by the department as a trustworthy officer. She is a source of control and access for the underworld. She plays both sides for her own benefit, not to cause mayhem. Power is survival in Los Santos, and Trixie doesn't plan on ever being helpless again.
Outcomes:-
1. Trixie can make an offer for bribes up to 100k and illegal items by becoming LEO hostage. (With proper RP reasons)
2. Trixie can initiate Jailbreaks using pen drives with viruses in exchange for money [100K maximum].
3. Trixie can refuse to show his id and passport to any citizen or Law binding officer.
4. Trixie can lie/deny about a lawyer if a suspect requests it.
5 Trixie can detain any one on a false charge and then demand a bribe or their weapons in exchange for release. (100k max and with proper RP)
6 Trixie can search suspects for their bodycams and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (using /try only 2 times per situation)
7 . Trixie can use and carry drugs, cocaine and illegal weapons on/off duty.
