2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1) I want to maintain law and order in city and by becoming leader of lspd I think I will get best opportunity to help city be safe for people.
2) To build strong active team I enjoy team work and leadership so I want to build a department where every officer communicate well, stay active and follow all rules to make city safe.
3) To represent LSPD as best org and set example for everyone by giving my every bit of effort and spending my all time with team and guiding them at my best I will always be kind and very helpful so, everyone can directly ask me for anything and I will always guide them and hunt for talent and capable persons unlike other leaders I wont elect my deputies and High commands by favoritism, I would hunt for them by taking interviews.
4) I have been in every state org and I was DHOD in FIB so I already have experience in leading department and now I want to take more responsibility to prove my leadership skills and earn respect not by my position but by my behavior and kindness.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-

1) I want to Increase the RP quality and as many new players join LSPD as their first org I would love to help them and train them well.
2) By conducting proper Training process- I will make sure that one officer of hiring team always stay available at HQ for resonding to every person comes to join.
3) I will request Pov of every interview and training to make sure hiring team is working well and I will make sure they teach players every state and RP rule perfectly and I will personally conduct Interviews of High commands.
4) Rewards- I will conduct ceremony every week and give bonuses and Promotion to every employee who is working good to motivate department.
5) Interactions with civilians - I will regularly conducts operations like check points, investigations and traffic stops.
6) Favoritism - As I said I am totally against Favoritism I will never hire anyone cause they knew someone in department there will be strict interview process that everyone have to pass.
7) Regular Reports - I will ask for reports from officers to make sure they are doing job well without breaking any rules and saving their body cams properly.
