Life Story:
Rocky Mark was born in a small town of Jamshedpur. His Mother died during his birth, handover all responsibilities to his father. His father, a poor tyre mechanic who use to worked continuously under the blazing sun to make ends meet. Their roadside shop smelled of rubber and diesel, and young Rocky often helped his father with his work. Though they lived in poverty, Rocky's father taught his son about morals and one thing above all - "NEVER ABANDON HONESTY". Rocky admired his father's dedication and hard work towards his shop as he was doing all this to provide his son proper and good education, but deep inside, he hated the struggles that came with honesty.
When Rocky turned 16, tragedy struck. Rocky's father met with an accident while helping a truck driver on the road. The crashed left him paralyzed from his waist down. the shop shut down, debts piled up, and Rocky's life fell apart. Determined never to live poor, Rocky decided to wear uniform. He joined the sheriff department at a early age of 18, promising himself he will bring dignity to his father's name. His father was proud, believing his son would server justice. But Rocky had already decided that honesty had no place in this cruel world.
Career story:
Rocky enter the department with dreams of success and pride. But soon, he discovered how the system truly works. At, first, he hesitate, remembering his father's words. But when he saw his fellow officers doing corruption and living a luxury life, while honest ones struggled with low paycheck, he gave in. He Started with small favors, taking money from vendors, ignoring minor offenses. Gradually, he became skilled in manipulation and fake paperwork tricks. His confidence help him to earned powerful contacts. Within few years he gained reputation, power, and wealth. He was living a lavish lifestyle and also he was giving his all to take care of his father.
As his corruption deepened, Rocky started to work for big businessmen, mafia, drug dealers and gang leaders, covering up their crimes, taking bribe, and ensuring that their dirty secrets stay buried. Rocky didn't lose his soul for money, but he left the path of honesty which broke his father back, he won't make the same mistake as his father.
In his eyes, he wasn't corrupt-he was just smarter than the rest.
Outcomes:
1. Rocky can take bribes (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Rocky is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
3. Rocky can be disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19).
4. Rocky can add or remove people in wanted list, remove previous reasons for being arrested, give fines or arrest. (with IC reason)
5. Rocky carries duct tape in his backpack and can use it to stop individuals in his custody from talking (/try applies duct tape on the mouth - 2X / situation)
6.Rocky can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer.
7. Rocky can help prisoners to do Prison Break by providing them usb in exchange of money.
8. Rocky can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his friends, family members or to save some citizens that he feels sad for them. (no targeting or PG)
9. Rocky can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
10. Rocky can do criminal activities. For example, go to the ghetto and ghetto clap, buy or sell illegal items in black market, or use any type of illegal items and weapons. (no ORG gears included)
