2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
i) the reason I'm good for the chief of police is that I've basically lived two lives right here in the city, and that double experience is my secret weapon. I’ve been deep enough undercover to know exactly how the criminals think, what their priorities are, and where they mess up. I don't just know their rules; I get their logic. Then you factor in the time I’ve spent learning the real game, climbing the ranks in the LSPD, SAHP, and FIB that gives me the leos experience . So yeah, I know the procedure, but what makes me better is I can use that street knowledge to stay three steps ahead, proving that knowing how to talk to both the gang leader and the legal org leaders is the ultimate winning hand.
ii) If I'm leading, my promise to you is simple: we stop treating officers like just another number. We're going to put real time and money into making officers the best-trained, most prepared person on the street, because citizens safety and citizens confidence are the number one priority. Officers be part of a police force where their leader and deputy actually got their back, so you can focus on the busting criminals . And the job is about reducing crime from city , connecting with people, showing respect, and solving problems, because when the citizens actually trust us, that's when the city truly becomes safer, and that's the only win that really matters.
iii) We need to be smarter and more forward-thinking. My leadership will ensure High Command presence is standard at all major events (hostage situations, store/gun store robberies) to ensure calm, professional negotiation . Critically, I will make a highly effective Undercover (UC) Department . This specialized unit will operate with a clear intelligence gathering, and securing evidence againt gangs directly from criminal organizations and black markets. We will systematically reduce crime from the inside out, not just respond to it.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
i) I believe that highly skilled officers are the core of our success. That's why I will personally ensure everyone receives top tier training from SWAT HC to sharpen their shooting skills. More importantly, I am committed to building a supportive, positive work place where negativity and toxicity have absolutely no place. I ensure we respect each other, always.
ii) To ensure smooth and effective operations across the city, the lspd will prioritize strong relationships with other major organizations. This includes actively working alongside NG, EMS, LI, SAHP, and FIB.
iii) I want you to feel valued and confident in your career path. I will ensure that hard work is seen and generously rewarded with well deserved promotions and high bonuses. At the same time, I have put Internal Affairs in place as a crucial check they simply ensure everyone is contributing honestly and actively, keeping my lspd term strong and trustworthy.
iv) I will make sure every officer knows who to look to for guidance, ensuring we operate smoothly and decisively by respecting the Chain of Command. Furthermore, I will make certain my Traffic enforcement department plays a critical role in maintaining order and safety on the streets by addressing violations through maximum towing efforts.
