2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I want to be leader of LSPD because i have very good experience in lspd so if i became the leader the org will be most active in the city i know many good hardworking people that will join my term if get a chance i will the org very active.
2. I have spent my all time in legal orgs i have served as a LT.General and as High Command In FIB ,SAHP and I have strong communication skills that will allow me to effectively interact with my employees and efficiently resolve any internal issues they face. If chosen as a leader, my primary goal is to transform the city into the safest possible environment.
3.. I will give my best in making the organization more active to help other organizations in every activity like when it comes to a raid or a global or a robbery. In the past few months I have also seen LSPD units becoming a lot of hostage I will try that my people are not getting hostage by sending them in patrols in a convoy and also ensuring their and the civilian's safety
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1. First, I will work on favoritism. Almost every organization has a common word: favoritism. In my term, I will not be in favor of favoritism. Besides, if anyone does this, immediate action will be taken against them. I will give people ranks only in the promotion ceremony, and the deserving people will only get the rank.
2. Under My I will try to add LI and EMS in every event it will help us to increase RP like a situation. Suppose in a hostage situation I will drop a 911 call for EMS and try to contact LI. LI can cover the news, take interviews, and make it more RPly better. Also, I will train all my units properly about how they can talk with other LEOs and maintain more professionalism.
3. I will ensure that all of my Deputies, Chief of Staffs and High Commands will be active. I will only give these high command ranks who will be active and can manage all the things. Also I will focus on a good relationship with all the other state organizations by sending my units in their special mission to help them.
