2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 As the leader of Los Santos Vagos I accept a opportunity for proving my abilities and qualities which are actually necessary for this position and to grow the organization
2.2 Necessary qualities have always been part of my plans and strategies I have for enhancing the organization as much as possible in the city and influence people to contribute their fair quality time here.
2.3 As the leader making sure that organization is at peak of activity and growth is always the responsibility of a good leader which requires great leadership qualities and understanding as well. Having such qualities with me can have some great impact on the organizations to enhance the growth.
2.4 Great level of experience in organizations as highest command deputy positions have made me realise good strategies and ideas to run and grow the organization in right place.
2.5 More experience in state and as well as in illegal organization makes me having impactful ideas to achieve the best organization in the city by influencing more people to contribute their time and maintain the terror in the city itself.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 Including weekly meetings with higher ups for discussion regarding the growth and improvement of organization
3.2 No tolerance in toxicity and favoritism
3.3 Maintaining best role play situation for both parties of organization states and as well as gangs in most respectful manner to have good connection and best situation to show the terror and activity of the organization in the city
3.4 Honoring gang members with best amount of cash as possible for contribution of their quality time in the organization which helps us in the growth.
3.5 Experienced deputies for having best level of activities in easiest and simplest way to achieve the pure terror and influence in the city
3.6 Great impact of activity on other organizations which leads towards the influence of the growth of organization as well which well eventually growth of a better Roleplay
3.7 Influencing people to join organization by maintaining high activity and terror to influence them for coming and spending their quality time and contribute in maintaining the organization growth at it's peak.
