Rishh Valor was brought up in the shattered and deprived area of Los Angeles. Her dad, a physically and emotionally broken after the wars and disgracefully stripped by the very government he served, taught her that loyalty is a weapon — and betrayal, a lesson. Her mom's ceaseless battle to keep the family alive made Rish very tough too. She realized that justice is seldom fair and that power is the only real money. Rish was not drawn into the Federal Investigation Bureau out of love for the country but out of necessity. She used brain, charm, and brutal efficiency to make a rapid promotion in ranks.
