Leader of Emergency Medical Service (EMS)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
• I would Like to become Leader of (EMS) because through all my time in EMS I have seen some issues some things that need fixing, i would like to help get a team of EMS that want to work and give good initiatives to make them want to work and realise how critical there duty is in city, And how important they're job is And make sure that everyone is doing there duty's correctly. It is very important that everyone is doing they're duty correctly to help things running smoothly and to make sure we are available for any challenges.
• I would also like to be leader of (EMS) because how crutial EMS is in the city from providing first aid to passers through the hospital to on calls patching people up and responding to calls. Then behind the scenes we have Medlabs where we produce medication and distribute it to (LEO) and other (ORGS) also i would make sure that we are attending crutial events like SUBS and Medruns for other Organisations also the FTO department which is most crutial i will make sure that they are providing adequate training and make sure that medics have full training so that they are confident in there dutys.
• Also through my time in EMS I've seen alot of inactive employees which provents EMS from functioning correctly. I would fight this by hosting atlest 2-3 daily recruitments also make sure that our employees are keeping up to the minimum hours as alot dont reach the minimum but is very out of control. I would also do blood donation campaigns and flu campaigns which will build a positive outlook on EMS to the citezens of Los Santos. Also if we do daily recruitments etc it will build a relationship with some people maybe some will come and help out but these open recruitments are most important. Also with subs,hostage,FZ there isnt allways someone able to attend and i would like to change that as EMS provide Adrenaline shots that boost resistance against punches and gun shots so it is very crucial that we attend these events and provide the Adrenaline.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
• Most importantly i would make sure that we have units on calls everyday and that we are actively covering lobby's on calls also events. I have seen in my time in EMS lobby's left empty with no cover and noone wants to come and replace well I hope to change that with someone on lobby and calls all the time I hope to find different people from different time zones so we have someone on lobby and calls all night as I cover lobby's most nights.
• In my time in the city I have noticed myself and heared others complaining that when they die EMS never come and i would love to change that as it is vital that we have units on calls as not everyone makes it to the hospital some people need assistance outside of the hospital which is why its vital we have units on calls this would improve the roleplay we have with strangers and players in city by saving them and making sure we always have someone who can go on calls to provent people dying (to hospital)
•I also think that we should do more PR Events and engage with the people in city as I feel that would build the RolePlay level with EMS and also it would be fun to see some competition. Also I have seen that we need more units in RO and FTO these departments are the most important in roleplay as obviously FTO provides the Training side of roleplay and RO brings a bigger level of roleplay could be rescuing someone from mount chiliad but the most important part of leading EMS is engaging with the people of the city.
