1. Leader of the San Andreas National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 It's been a long time since I started my journey as a LEO, and as a civil servant have also seen many ups and downs of every leader, and I have been there for them at the hardest time have also seen other past leaders build their legacy, but no one is born perfect same goes for their terms. So I want to break this loop and leave a legacy behind for the other future generals and make my soldiers so well that no one gonna look down at them.
2.2 I have been i all Orgs affiliated to the government and also been in a Federal org, so I know how things work. I have admired the Army from my childhood because I found it so cool that it was my dream to become a Soldier one day and lead my units to the path on which they can follow my legacy, and I want to help them grow their knowledge and combat power together.
2.3 I really want to do something for the State, I want to contribute at my most, and I have my set of goals I want to achieve as the General. To protect the state of San Andreas and its citizens, every soldier does not matter; their ranks have to be well-trained physically, mentally, and tactically so that they can handle the situations smoothly, and this was the major thing I saw lacking in many of the terms, and now I want to fix this as a General. As I see myself, I am quite confident that in my guidance and teachings, my term will have the potential to come out as the best term of SANG ever in the city and will leave my legacy behind.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 A proper RP comes with a good knowledge of rules and a good common sense, so I will only hire the persons who have a good common sense and can be trained them good to gain knowledge
3.2 A RP could be best if the leader also takes RP as a proper RP, so the leaders of my departments who ill ill-hired will be the elites of their fields and highly knowledgeable, so that the rule breaks can be minimized and others can also have quality role play.
3.3 I want everyone to be rewarded according to their work so that fairness can be maintained and the soldiers can be high in morale every time.
3.4 If soldiers get hired and are stuck in some aspects over well well-trained HR team will help him to overcome his bottlenecks and move forward and achieve his goals.
3.5 I'll teach and train my HC to be quite familiar with the legislation so that in my absence, there could be someone who can defend my soldiers if there is something wrong, and this will also minimize the rule breaks.
3.6 Everyone will be getting a promotion according to the work they have done, so that everyone can be hyped up to contribute more in the org, so that everyone can grow together.
