Additional information

1) Leadership Of Los Santos Police Department (LSPD)

2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1) LSPD is where I truly grew as an officers -:

The main reason I want to lead LSPD is because this department is where I actually learned what real law enforcement means. Most of my practical knowledge—how to handle situations, how to apply state laws, and how to deal with the public—came from my time here.

2.2) I have a strong legal background that can help the department improve -:

I’ve spent a lot of time working with the legal system in different roles, which helped me understand how important proper procedures and ethics are. That experience gave me a solid idea of what officers should do and how they should carry themselves. With that knowledge, I believe I can build a department where officers feel confident, trained, and supported. My aim is to create an environment where everyone understands their duties clearly and performs them with professionalism.

2.3) I want to reduce conflicts and build better cooperation among legal orgs -:

One thing I’ve noticed over the years is that many problems between organizations come from simple misunderstandings or lack of communication. I want LSPD to be known for teamwork—not only inside the department but also with other legal organizations. By improving training, communication, and coordination, I want to help create a more connected and respectful legal system. Less conflict means better service for the citizens and a more stable city overall.

3) Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

- To improve the overall RolePlay quality in the organization, I would focus on three main areas:

1. Regular Training With Realistic Situations

A lot of officers struggle with RP simply because they don’t get enough practice in real scenarios. I want to bring in weekly training sessions where we run proper situations like traffic stops, arrests, negotiations, and emergency responses. When officers get used to handling these moments in training, it becomes much easier and more natural for them to perform in the city.

2. Focus on Communication Instead of Rushing

Good RP isn’t about finishing a situation quickly — it’s about making it feel real. Officers should take their time, talk clearly, explain what they’re doing, and let the other person respond properly. When we stop rushing and start communicating, every interaction feels more immersive and enjoyable for both sides.

3. Build Confidence and Encourage Creativity

Some officers repeat the same lines or avoid trying new things because they’re not confident. I want to encourage everyone to express themselves more, react in character, and add personality to their RP. When officers feel comfortable and confident, their RP becomes more dynamic, more fun, and much more realistic — whether it’s a simple stop or a high-stress situation.

Departments:

Human Resources (HR)

The talent hunters. HR recruits the best agents and shapes them with proper training.

Internal Affairs (IA)

The watchers of the watchers. IA monitors agent activities, logs, and overall discipline.

Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT)

The first in, last out. SO responds fastest and hits hardest—elite combat-ready specialists.

Public Relations (PR)

The city’s friendly face. PR hosts events and keeps strong ties with citizens and organizations.

Traffic Division (TD)

The streets’ guardians. TD patrols roads, tows violators, and keeps traffic running clean and safe.
