If he is confisticating he has to show me his ID if I ask and if he is classified he has to give his name or passport so that I can subpoena his bodycam but he didn't show any identification just ran away this is OOC corruption which only people with bio can do as bc of him not showing me his identification I cant take any IC actions against him.

You can keep on assuming RP by yourself which make no sense. In This situation if you don’t show id or say your name the person you confesticated cant do any IC thing against you and if you are “rushing” your mission that has nothing to do with me ,if you wanted to rush you could just patch and leave you choose to start RP and take full advantage by not showing ID and as you’re saying your life was on risk why don't you prove this by showing your POV let me see the risk and let admins see too. You shouldn’t start patching and confesticating if you thing your so called life is in “danger” , learn how to do proper RP no need to insult me on forums and IC targeting for it.
