Hello Dear Management Team, Please review my forum carefully. I'm in a bad situation right now.
I apologize for seeing the forum late and responding a bit late due to Cloudflare outage issues. I have a POV, but there's an issue I don't understand: When I press the “Alt+Z” keys and look at the POV from there, I hear sound, but when I go to File Explorer and try to look at the POV from there, I don't hear any sound.
This has never happened before, so I haven't checked the sound in my POVs. I'm looking for a solution and trying to fix the issue. Please accept my POV.
I'll share 3 videos below: one is an “Alt+Z” recording, one is the desired POV recording in File Explorer, and one is a clip taken directly from the video. Please understand my situation.

I also want to mention something I'm not entirely sure about. I remember the Redux used by the person who opened the forum, so I want to mention a forum:
As you can see on this forum, the person who opened the POV Request is using the same Redux as the person who opened the POV Request for me. And in the forum I mentioned, Jonny Ods and other forum members saying "that this Redux is illegal and that it doesn't have a rain effect." I don't know if the Redux used by the person who opened the POV Request forum is the same or, if it is, whether they fixed the rain effect, but I want this to be investigated.
