Life Story :-
Arthur was born in Los Santos city. His mother was a house wife and his father worked as a taxi driver. Their Financial condition was not too good so from the age of 10 Arthur also started working in a Restaurant. He had a older brother who use to do illegal stuff like robbing people and small stores. His family never liked what he did but they were quiet because he was contributing the major part of money in the house. Once Arthur also help his brother and that was the first time Arthur came into the gangster world. After a couple of years he stared dealing in drugs and guns from there he joined a gang which was the most underrated gang at that time.
Arthur joined the gang for the aim to become the most famous gangster in the city. His gang firstly use to do small robberies but slowly their gang stared growing and new members stared joining the gang and due to this Nova became the leader of the gang. But still the aim was not achieved so they stared doing bigger and bigger crimes.
They planned to Rob the Central bank of Los Santos which was going to be the biggest robbery in history of Los Santos. On 18 Dec 2024 the biggest robbery took place and it was major success for their gang and from then Nova and his gang was known to the city.
Career Story:-
Arthur first joined LSPD when he realised that what all he was doing in city was not right. One of his cousin brother who was in LSPD encouraged him to join LSPD gave him training, etc. Now Nova started working for the LSPD, catching criminals finding canabis and destroying them, etc. His Carrer in LSPD was going smooth then one day he was arresting a person and suddenly 3 cars started following him, they stopped Nova on the highway and robbed him and took him as a hostage. After that when all LEOs gathered to save it came out that it was the same gang that Arthur had left and Now they were seeking revenge from him, but to Arthur's brave actions and quick decisions the LEOs manage to catch all gang members. All of this put a great impression in front of the Chief of Police and he got ACP rank for his hard work as will as the work he had done yesterday.
Outcomes:-
1) Arthur can make an offer for bribes up to 100k and illegal items by becoming LEO hostage. (With proper RP reasons)
2) Arthur can initiate Jailbreaks using pen drives with viruses in exchange for money [100K maximum].
3) Arthur can refuse to show his id and passport to any citizen or Law binding officer.
4) Arthur can lie/deny about a lawyer if a suspect requests it.
5) Arthur can detain any one on a false charge and then demand a bribe or their weapons in exchange for release. (100k max and with proper RP)
6) Arthur can search suspects for their bodycams, and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (using /try only 2 times per situation)
7) Arthur can inject the suspects with truth serum to get information (using / try only twice per situation)
8) Arthur can kill others and rob others off duty in and out of ghetto (outside of ghetto if they don't follow demands only)
9) Arthur can plant drugs and/or Illegal Items on suspects to arrest them. (Using / me and with proper RP reason)
10) Arthur can make criminals to drop their weapons or any illegal items so he can keep them for personal use or sell in black market ( Not Org Items ).
