1.Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organisation (List three reasons with explanation)
I) I want to be the leader of LSPD because I have good experience and in my leadership LSPD will be the one of the most active organisation in the city.If I got term it's my promise I will make org fully active in the city.
2)I have experience of LSPD as I was in this org for a great time which helps me gaining good experience which makes me motivate enough to be the Chief and I truly feel that I have good communication skills which will help me in interaction with my employees so I can help them with the issue they are facing and in my term city is gonna remember who the LSPD is.
3.)In my opinion,untill now LSPD officers were not that professional in hostage situation and all but in my term we will make sure that our each & every officer being professional in any situation and makes the city more safer.
2.Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
1) I truly feel that every officer need high training from Swat Hc to make their shooting skill better.I will make sure no toxicity made by our officer anywhere in the city and will spread positivity towards city.
2)I will make sure that we will make the good relation with every legal organisation like FIB,SAHP,NG and EMS which will help making citizens of city more safer.
3)In many situations officers don't act professional which make rp look fail rp but in my term it's not gonna happened,I will make sure that in every situation our high command is available which can handle situation in more and better way and professionally.We are gonna have a department name Undercover (UC) ,these units are very specialised as they take evidence against gang very carefully with the help of their intelligence and sharp mind.
