I came to get my car insured I even showed my passport as ID, but they didn’t accept it They also didn’t do any PDA search, VIN check, or any proper verification — they just issued me the insurance without any RP

I checked your vin number and I told it to you also I checked your passport like 2 minutes before your video and as you can see on the video that I checked you on pda, so I did everything

He already knew his name so I think that's why he didn't took your passport and you can see that in video too. That's true he didn't took your passport but after that he did everything how he had to do that. So I think that's not that big problem and we can go ahead. This situation won't make the RP bad... And also everyone is doing mistakes and we shouldn't focus to these little mistakes...
