1 ) When I stepped into the rp world, I didn’t come to be just another member — I joined a gang, proved my worth, and rose straight to high command. But now, I see the truth — the new gangs, especially the families, are falling apart... no vision, no unity, no fire.

2.1 I want to become the leader of this great organization because I used to play in the state organizations for a long time but when i switched to gangs, I really started enjoying gangs, I applied for the families that were chosen, but I was unsuccessful. I had a great time leading the gang when I was given the opportunity to become a deputy in Families.​

2.2 Many of my friends have been leader or tried to become one, and i literally believe that i can become a leader like them all and i always wanted to be at highest rank but never got there. if i become a leader, it will be great for my goals and will make me happy as well​

2.3 If i get the Ballas term, I will make sure to Respect all Server Rules and will make sure that not one of my gang members Break any Server Rules and will do more store robberies, hostage situations, ghetto clapping, gun store robberies, etc.​

2.4 I'm personally a bit too creative, so I would like to be a gang leader so I can expand the roleplay of the game, and I believe myself to do such things that other leaders haven't done. Unlike the other leaders that only focus on turf, I would like to go deeper in the RP situations and do more criminal roleplaying and more interactions with Leos.​

• I will increase RP in the gang in the way of doing a store with a hostage and will do full RP with Leos in order to increase RP and fun in the gang.

• I'll give a good bonus to the member as an appreciation to improve the roleplay.​

• Have people around me that can do the work when I'm not there​

• I will focus on doing more activities, will not lead a dead gang, will do highway robberies, will take Leo hostage, will rob Leo, and will make RP fun.​

• By hiring experienced high command, which helps newcomers in learning rules and regulations and handling situations easily.​

2.1) I want to be leader because im fully prepared to run the gang with least warning and verbal throughout the term.
I have experience of being deputy in every whether it is state or crime so i have the knowledge and power to make it one of the most active gang.
2.2) I'm here for approx 2 years so i have many friends and connections in family so they will come in my term to make it most active.
2.3) While being deputy in many orgs and managing the org i have multiple friends who have great knowledge to become my deputy and help me in the term.

3.1) Now days i have seen that all the gang leaders are focused on only weekly goals and they are ignoring the fact that gangs have to do more stuffs like frequent hostage situation, highway robbery and ghetto clapping.
3.2) As i have managed many orgs i know what to do and what not to do. Now days when a gang complete thier weekly goals they don't do much activity after that and because of that the gang members get bored and leave the gang.
3.3) But if i get the term i will make sure that everytime a activity is going on and all the gang members are engaged on that. As i have seen many leaders after getting the term stay inactive and they doesn't attend the events but if i will get the term ill be there in every activity that my gang is doing.


My goals for my Term:-

a.) The graffiti bonus will be max at each hour.
b.) There will no favoritism, Toxicity and conflicts in my gang.
c.) My turf team is ready to do 100% as soon as possible.
d.) The ghetto and highway will not be dead in my term, all the Leos will be afraid of ballas.
e.) Bonus will be cleared without any delay every week.
f.) I'm planning to do capital attack and complete the term with least verbal and warning.
