As you can see here both of them was getting arrested but the first one 507752 Left the game before and the other 508001 left the game while I was giving him charges, I didn't notice that he left.

ID 507752 will receive a punishment for CL
However for ID 508001 there's nothing that shows that they Combatlogged since it seems like they we're also in cuffs. It might be black magic as alot of that happens inside DOC.​
