Hello respected seniors,

I open one complaint for today against fib That we just get surprised again we get punished not fib from same administrator.

I will explain everything from my side


fib was doing gp And we killed them in the time we come to Rob him After I patch him fib start shooting us .

Every person know if the gang member was holding any hostage or he was Have hostage That is mean you cannot shoot him and if they did, that mean they dont care about his life .

and as you can see they didnt shooting me only they killed the hostage also

Where is my problem here if he do rule break And the administrator is coming again and punishing me and my gang and . the rule break was from fib How i can play rp With the people is not respecting the rule .

Before we reported fib they was doing rule break
I got warning for fear rp And he said to me you cut the video I take my gang member Pov to Only show you we are not cutting anything fib do Rule break and mass Rule break

and we got 2 warning cuz we killed the hostage and they now do same thing

I am not trying to disrespect anyone. But this is not fair, not even one percent.
All I'm asking for is the fair Big respect to all of you*

This is now your fourth report directly on FIB, all of which have been rejected. Any further reports on clear deception or nonsense will be treated as targeting, as none of your submissions has any validity to your claims. Now, onto the response:

Your punishment was one Warning for Fear RP, I showed mercy in my conclusion as your proper punishment is a 7-day ban, here is why:

• You healed in an active gunfight, multiple agent POVs (including your own) clearly show you were still being fired upon. GR 6.6 (60 minutes Jail).
• By illegally reviving the player you performed an unrealistic action under impossible circumstances, all while being shot at. Powergaming (Jail 120 mins)
• You immediately grabbed the player to bait rule breaks (Fail RP) instead of engaging in RP, and then positioned yourself with zero regard for your life or the hostage’s. Fail RP and Fear RP x2 (120 mins Jail and two Warnings).

Also to add, you took the player hostage illegally as the three members present in the POV (yourself included) is not enough to rob or take hostage, and they also weren't pointing guns. This is a direct Gang rule violation towards your organization which shows lack of server knowledge. The others do not count as ID 387027(Bloods), ID 473145(Bloods), ID 390166(Bloods). None of which are in your family as well, so either way you're violating yet another rule. GR 6.16 (2 cars, 4 people).

I did long review now of this case. I requested also other side POV because you want Fairness.
Reviewing the POV also from the other side, punishment and ruling is correct:
1) You are in an active gunfight where you heal
2) You try to use "Hostage" to force LEOs to stop shooting (so you provoke a rulebreak if they do, on purpose, which is a rulebreak in General Rules)
3) The LEOs cannot know on this distance and are not informed that theres a Hostage present. Just because you be around (nearby) a player with dark clothing does not make any sense for them from 100 meter away that you have a hostage. And why would you have a hostage, when you cannot heal in active gunfight?
4) You cut POV on purpose to exact moment where its not instantly visible that you are in full active gunfight, which can be counted as Deceiving. Considering this in itself can lead to 30d ban, you only got

The report you made is clearly trying to provoke LEOs to do a rulebreak, you even say it right before your POV starts, that LEOs are not allowed to shoot anymore once you have hostage. You know what can happen and openly move into the gunfight in hope for them to shoot you and the hostage in order to get them a punishment. You even break rules yourself in order to make it happen.

Curator here is correct, everything you care about in this situation is that other org may do a rulebreak and get a warning. You try to target the other Org because you disliked other decision taken in other case. This is not okay and should not be done like this. If you have issue with other org, both Leaders should sit down together and find better way to make Gang vs LEO fun for both sides again. Talk what your respective Org dislikes about other sides behavior and try to handle this stuff correctly and fun for everybody, instead of this war in Forums which nobody likes. If this cannot be handled by Leaders (which have LEADER RULE to FORBID this kind of stuff!), then either one or both Orgs will be disbanded by me.
