This happen while we are negotiating.

this need to be punished and very hard so next time when he sees a store robbery he will not get closer again. also his looting me and the other person while gun fight is on going, Random Punching Officer and screaming and running left and right while his not involved at all.

this is basic of basics he should give IC life some value because he just ruined our store robbery.
