These Guys are bug abusing the bounty by keeping their car to steal as bait and take an order then and there , u can even see in my pov that guy is trying to shoot me immediately after killing me , because of these guys i wasted time to steal this car , also as mentioned by god they have done it many times, they deserve to be punished on this matter and to set an example so that no one ever does it bug abuse again

In the game Moe has seen and knows everything. He warned and nothing like that happened again. If they should to be punished, Moe would have given it at that moment, but he warned them. Also how do you know how many times they did this, only the admin knows and punish or warn accordingly. There is no need to thread a forum.
