Hello Higher Admins,
I am making this forum against the recent decision I received on my forum - Reviewed - POV Request for Event Rule 1.11 | Bloods
A guy entered the zone and left, having no gun in his hand and alone, I cuffed him following the whole RP and I still got warn for Fail RP, while the guy who ran out of zone cuz I tried to catch him got out without anything.
Also at timestamp 03:56, with a gun pointed on him told him to follow me, he alone refused as well as started abusing not fearing for his life.

What kind of decision was that?

I even confirmed it with TRENT HAYES and he said I can do if I had IC reason. And Bloods being a terrorist organization, I had IC reason to catch him.
