- I have spent enough time in the city to share about the positive, negative, and useless parts of gang activity. I have been in different positions and had responsibilities in different gangs and organizations. Throughout that process, I came to the observation that I like being fair and dominant, especially when it comes to my dealings with leos in events. I will also use violence and show max activity in the city but my purpose is to make Vagos the most respected and feared gang .
- I've seen too many groups fall apart because those in power mis treat low ranking members, treat new members poorly, or remove people for personal reasons. Everyone deserves the same respect. Loyalty, performance, and activity, will decide who gets promoted. Anyone who misuses their power will receive a warning. Teamwork makes a group strong.
- I know I can effectively hire, train, talk to, and organise the gang. I already know who I want to be my deputies and high commanders. They are responsible, active, and trustworthy. We will all work together to keep the city organised, busy, and safe.
I don't just want the title; I want the duty that comes with it. I want to leave behind a Vagos term that is successful and well-organised so that future leaders can build on it.

5. Observing everyone and mark their mistakes regularly and tell them the correct way.
