2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 As I have been in Leos and Ems for quite a long time and have saw both aspects of the city so now I have developed a soft corner for the Leos because they are always ready to sacrifice their life's for the wellbeing of the state of San Andreas now I think that I should Lead a legal org as its leader because now I think that Iw got to the threshold of the knowledge that is required by a leader and can lead the org further.
2.2 The reason I that now my choice is SAHP out of other Leos to lead is because as I came in the city SAHP was my first Org and it was really pleasant to spend time with other fellow SAHP officers and there is kind of a mutual attraction between me and SAHP it is kind of an emotional reason also I want to be the Sheriff and those emotions are something I can't explain.
2.3 As SAHP works in the outer sides of the city there are more criminal activities in the outer city compared to the inner side of the city I have been part of SAHP and i know the tacti's and ways to deal with that stuff because by time I have developed myself better then other's to mold in these kind of environments and gather the most crustal thing information needed before any spec ops and I want every Leo to know this and understand the important of skills and information and with my leader ship and teaching skills I think I can find a solutions of every lacking point that was left blinded in the past and make SAHP a suited environment to work.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 I have been part of many terms and been under many leaders and saw that there are quite a lot of numbers of deserving men who contributes to the org the most but are left behind because of the favoritism done by higher ups so i want this thing to be completely eliminated form the system.
3.2 I will hire the best HR team in the city those who are military veterans and ex lawyers so that my all officers could be trained well in both combat aspect and in law aspect so that the role play will be at its peak.
3.3 I will keep a merit system by which the officers can be moralized and can be motivated even more further so that they can keep the activity of SAHP on its peak and the more they contributes the more rewarding the merits will be.
3.4 I will host time to time internal events and promotion ceremonies according to the merit system and with the interview for that rank so that the promotion can boost their moral and there can be proper fairness be maintained through the interviews for the rank and the rank can go to a suitable talent.
Department which I am planning to implement in my term are as follows:
Human Resources (HR)
- This Department will Hire and Give Training to the new officers those who are joining SAHP.
Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT)
- This Department will Respond to the Global ASAP and Will lead the Spec ops.
Internal Affairs (IA)
- This Department will check logs and keep an eye on officer.
Highway Patrol (HWP)
- This Department will do Patrolling in Highway and make sure that Highway is safer from illegal activities.
Detective Department
- This Department will have members having detective skills, who can work secretly to gather evidence of a criminal act without revealing their identity.
