2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I would like to apply for the Lspd leader position because this will be my first term, and I have significant experience working under various leaders in all legal organizations. I understand how to manage a successful term, having been involved with various legal organizations since 2023. LSPD was my second legal organization, and I had an excellent experience in this organization. I understand the shortcomings of a failing term, which qualifies me as an ideal leader. Thus, I'm aware that I can clearly avoid of those items. If I obtain the leadership, I will primarily concentrate on recruiting the top quality officers and high commands. Trainees will receive their optimal training from the top HR team members. Officers will be properly arranged based on their deserving ranks. Based on their skills, they may enter various departments. Similar to individuals those who can effortlessly collaborate with any citizen, he can be working in the PR Department. Individuals with strong shooting skills can become part of SWAT and IB. Individuals who are capable of training and supervising officers may enter human resources and training. Individuals proffesional in managing internal regulations may join in internal affairs department. Individuals who are able to tow vehicles and impose fines may become part of Traffic Enforcement. I guarantee that there won't be any errors in my term. The city will be safer to explore. Gang-related activities will reduce under my guidance. I have a strong team of HR and IA professionals prepared to hire the highest number of officers in my organization while providing them with the best training possible under my guidance. I also have an excellent PR team prepared to organize numerous PR events that will be very engaging to attend.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
SWAT HC will be giving training sessions for all the police officers to enhance and sharpen officers shooting skills. There will be a zero-tolerance level for toxicity, even if it is meant as a joke, in order to create a professional atmosphere. To create a positive relationship with other agencies, we will work with NG, EMS, LI, SAHP, and FIB. Internal Affairs will be reviewing all members of the organization for any signs of corruption and inactivity. The best bonuses and promotion in the organization will be offered, based on each member’s behavior and performance. The Chain of Command will be followed and maintained by me. Traffic Enforcement will have the highest towing witin the history.
