2.1 Becoming chief will be a huge lead and opportunity for me to prove my abilities and experience i have earned in the city
2.2 Having both legal and illegal organisations experience as deputy has given me fair and well level of knowledge and idea for increasing the growth of an organization in
manner of activity and high level management with proper professional manner.
2.3 Motive behind choosing myself as Chief Of EMS is all about the idea and positive work it takes for managing it and i personally belive that me as the leader of EMS can
turn a lot of tables around and make it grow more quickly with great level of activity management.
2.4 EMS is the Most important organisation in city which actually needs 24/7 workflow for each and every employee contributing their well good time in the organization
Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 Enhancement in events like free camp, city checkup and inspecting with organisations will lead towards an influence for citizens to come and contribute their good time in the organisation with due respect to each other internally.
3.2 Managing the different and implementing the new deparments and operations like therapist, forensic and blood reports to inhance the roleplay and give different
experience to everyone within the organisation to learn more and to have more quality skills as improvement.
3.3 Concluding the meets with other state leaders and organisations for maintaining the good well relations with each other and processing helps in operations and leading such specific operations to necssasrily improve good experience in organisation and will leave a good impact on other state organisations as well
3.4 Rewarding every employee with huge respect and deserving extra paychecks for contributing their well time in organisation to improve and be a reason for the growth and activity of organisation
3.5 High commands plays alot of role when it comes for serious operations like andereline shots and performing serious treatments like operation and reports so for them
with huge respect and well behaving is all maintained in organisation to make it more professional and keep the workflow same for everyone.
