2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1- The police force in the city has increased and we need to reduce this to a low level. We can reduce this situation by using FZ raids, store robberies and hostage people.
2- We can cooperate with other gangs and it will be easier to defeat the police. For example, we can take more ammunition and earn more money in Server events (such as Battleship, Fz raid) with a gang. Not only the leaders but also the gang members will earn money. They can earn money by robbing people in the city in HW or red zone and getting bonuses after completing their tasks.
3- I like the color of Families, which is green. When I first came to the city, my only goal was to join the green gang, which is Families. Now I'm trying to become its leader. I hope I can be the leader of my favorite gang.
4- People who join the gang will be at least 10 years old and will be taken through a short interview consisting of basic rules. In this way, we will find out whether they know the rules or not. If they do not know the rules, we will learn them and tell them not to come in the following days.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1-If anyone breaks the rules, they will be expelled from the gang and will not be accepted again.
2- To enhance role-playing, I'll make sure the Families gang engages in as many real-life scenarios as possible to increase their RP-life. I also aim to ensure all activities are as role-played as possible.
3- To improve the RP level, we can hostage, store robber and FZ raids. While doing these, we can make IC plans, improve communication and play tactics such as retreating if we have lost too many points.
4-To further enhance my role-playing, I'll ensure we win any store robberies or gun store robberies at night. I'll ensure we always have the maximum number of members so the city is always in Families' hands. I'm looking forward to becoming Families Leader, which will greatly enhance my role-playing, as many of the city's gang members know me, and many citizens want to be part of my era. I'll also ensure that everything I do in the city and the gang is as close to proper role-playing as possible, ensuring the police are able to maximize hostage situations and store robberies.
