2.1 EMS is the backbone of public safety, and I want to lead because I am deeply motivated by the mission of protecting and saving lives. Here, being a leader entails more than just having power; it also entails protecting everyone's health and safety.
2.2 My background as Deputy Chief of Police, Temporary Chief of Police (LSPD), and Undersheriff (SAHP) gave me extensive experience in handling high‑pressure situations, coordinating teams, and enforcing discipline.
2.3 Public trust, training, and teamwork are essential to an EMS department's success. My goals are to train new hires, enhance medical response procedures, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all employees. By leading EMS, I can strengthen the bond between emergency services and the community, ensuring that citizens feel safe.

3.1 Incorporate both soft skills (patient communication, empathy, professionalism) and technical drills (how to handle emergencies).
3.2 Keep EMS units actively patrolling around the city for the welfare of the citizens .
3.3 Add standard procedures and response methods for different kinds of medical cases so that RP always feels professional.
3.4 Establish a performance-based promotion and recognition system to keep members motivated.
3.5 Maintain detailed logs of medical calls, training records, and promotions for accountability and transparency.
