Additional Information
1. Leader of- Lifeinvader (LI)

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
  1. I want to host events: Since my sheriff term on 16.08.2025, I have personally managed and created at least one car show a week. I have worked in the highest positions in the Public Relations departments for SAHP, GOV, and LSPD. I not only have experience with creating events ICly through event departments in the other legal organizations, I have also been Governor (3 times), Sheriff (1 time), LSPD Chief (one time), and have had the honor of also being Lifeinvader CEO before as well. I have a similar number of Deputy roles to include in my experience for this position as well. Having these opportunities has given me real practice and training on how to run an event without a rule break, while also having a good enough idea that people actually show up and have a good time. Which is why I like throwing events, I want people to have a good time. I love this city, and I want to add to it. I already have new, never-before-done events planned and ready to roll out as soon as the term starts.

  2. I want to work with Nyx and Eve: When I started at LI a little over 2 years ago, I was blessed to be thrown into an amazing group. They showed me what was great about the city, and just how, if you were creative enough, anything was possible here. They were my best friends, Minxy Malono and Gazee Beau, who were also OGs from the start of the first handful of Lifeinvader terms to ever exist became my closest friends. They no longer fly in; both of them had accomplished huge strides for their departments. Gazee's rendition of the Ads policy is still largely intact and used today. Minxy is known as one of the founding members of LI and to this day we still use some of her ideas that she pioneered. I was journalism-focused, where I would write the journalism policy that is still in use and has been since I wrote it almost 2 years ago. At that time, we were considered the strongest LI leadership team to have ever been formed. They would both move on and would have their last flight into the city not long after we finished our term. I then would bounce around to other orgs being a leader while I looked for something to really sink my teeth into. Till I would meet Nyx, who would introduce me to Eve, and since then, I’m part of a trio again. Nyx and Eve are some of the most talented female leaders I've met in the city. Their professionalism, knack for seeing the bigger picture, and passion for LI made us a powerhouse of a team. If you combine the three of our CEO terms (7), and the deputy terms (15), we are for a fact, the most experienced senior staff ever formed in the history of LifeInvader. We have also already been proven successful as we finished 60 days of Lifeinvader leadership two months ago.

  1. LI TV: This has been a passion project of mine for a while now. I have been trying to cook up an idea for a few months. Imagine “Game shows” with citizens, we can literally host, record, and edit a game show for CNN with 3 contestants, 1 host, 1-2 camera operators, and an editor. Which is similar to what we have to use for a talent show, so the team is trained on the process, just the content will be in a different format. I think that we can encourage people to come to LI events if they know they can trust that they won't be lame. So my plan is to just show them the proof, here is a cool video of a game, with a prize pool, featuring some big names in the city you have probably heard before, and next time it could be you! I think that we could be doing a lot more with videos, and as an editor myself, I know I can deliver on it cause I'll be the one doing it. I want to be the leader of Lifeinvader cause making a video alone is hard; now if I had a whole team to help, then I could make some really good bangers of a video.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

  • Canva Workshop Academy is going to be an opportunity for members of Lifeinvader who are currently in or are interested in joining the Creative or Journalism department. It will be a one-hour course offered multiple times, which covers different subjects/topics where a high command member will workshop a poster or article live for members to ask questions or learn new tips and tricks for their own work. I think this will create a more team vibe, while also boosting creativity throughout multiple departments. It can also show us the talents and thought process for those who we could promote to double hat opportunities.

  • Multi-journalist articles have been an ongoing battle against AI when it comes to journalism over the last year or a little more. I believe one of the issues leading to this problem is journalists trying to stretch a story to 250 words. Therefore, my new pitch is for two journalists to write 100-word articles and to take a front-page cover photo for a single CNN article publication. Now this might at first seem like the same thing we already do, just with extra steps, but let me explain what I'm cooking. Having two journalists on the same project creates urgency, and while also fostering accountability because the journalists will have to rely on each other to create their stories for their article to go out. In the thought experiment, my theory is that this will lead to journalist teaming up to go out together and grab their stories and work on them at the same time, so they can post the article and get their bonus. This will bring the journalism team closer and will allow for more thought and creativity to go into each article. I'm not saying that I won't do a one-journalist story; if the story is big enough for a full 250 words, then we will write it. However, in my multiple years on being active with the Lifeinvader journalism team, i will say many stories could have been told better in fewer words. To put it in a simple statement, i believe that this new journalism style will improve the quality or quantity of results on stories.

  • Local Celebs - Now follow me on this idea, you are an OG, legend, famous person, everybody's favorite beloved clown, but how do you know you've really made it? How can you prove to everyone in the city that you've done it, hit the top? You are one of the elite in the city, someone who is trusted, respected, and people enjoy hanging out with you just to hear your thoughts on what's new and happening in the city. Look no further than the new Lifeinvader Public Role “Local Celeb”. The Local Celeb is given to 15 people decided by the current Lifeinvader CEO, and with this role, there are perks. Such as, being made aware of upcoming Lifeinvader projects and events so the Local celebs and do photoshoots for the promo CNN, judge spots at Fame or Shame, and even shout-outs on broadcast, letting people know you'll be at this event. This is a way of stating and taking ownership of the hierarchy of the city. As an org that is the leading media provider, we choose our stars. Most of the time we focus on an Event Manager who gets a big name for hosting events, or a journalist who's known for reporting; however, what if we could collect a group from every walk of life in the city to come together for one thing, a LifeInvader event? It will create a level of buzz for each event, new players will come cause its a way to meet new people while experiencing the city, and veteran players will come to meet legends or say hello to old friends. This role could be forgotten or underused; however, I'm Nate Blakely, and I think if I made a list of the top 15 most important people in the community, that would turn some heads. People would be interested in Lifeinvader and want to engage with us because they see a fancy title and recognize legitimacy in the city. That is just one of the unique ideas I have ready for Lifeinvader if given the chance.
Increasing the Roleplay within the different departments of LifeInvader.
  • Creative: I've mentioned above the Canva Workshop Academy; however, I do have more that I can offer. Creative team members need more independence, and I plan on giving them that with simple but effective training. Simple classes that can be taught by (depending on subject matter) Senior team members all the way up to Senior Staff on processes such as what a valid, admin-approved, event proposal looks like, locations of previous events and why they did or did not work, and what does it look like to create a micro event. These classes can be hosted for around an hour, and are easily adjustable and flexible with all time zones and learning styles. I think the creative team can have better roleplay if they feel more independent and not in a constant wait for high command approval.
  • Journalism: I want to spend a term focusing on field journalism with a Cloverfield vibe. I think found footage movies and concept art fit the recording styles and angles that are most commonly recorded by players. Therefore, I think leaning into a rougher and less edited new coverage could give Lifeinvader a more edgy feel and give the vibe that the journalist's story is based more on interest than filling a quota. The only way to achieve that, however to be active with both Gangs and Leos. Ride-alongs are a super common strategy that I have used as a journalist myself in the past. Now with the added LEO State leader experience, I know even more ways to assist journalists with working with LEOs for stories. I am also well enough connected with the community that if we needed a gangster's opinion, it is just simply a phone call away. I want to create a News team, not a bunch of journalists all gathering stories, but a team that is working together on story arcs and deeper subject matters.
  • Ads: I want to give Ads team something I think its earned a long time ago, and that's some pride in their department. I think hosting ads competitions for an hour every few days and giving out bonuses for those who edited the most ads during that time, or by letting the high command set a meeting with the team and have weekly check-ins with the team members for questions, and if needed, extra training. They are great ways to improve Role play for this department.
Here are some things in my mind that I aim to fulfill during my term
  • My team will understand that respect and professionalism are not a privilege but a right for everyone.
  • Training the current High Command to achieve the best out of them, while also training the next generation of High Command who are working their way up the ranks.
  • The city might be asleep but Lifeinvader never sleeps. We will have a strong day and night shift to make sure everyone has a chance to experience a fully functioning Lifeinvader.
  • I want to create some weekly Lifeinvader exclusive events only for our employees because at Lifeinvader, “We work hard, so we can play harder”.
A year ago to this date, I was Lifeinvader CEO, I led us through the holiday season last year. We handled the increased flow of ads, flawlessly, adjusted the ads policy to include the holiday items, and promoted and trained the future CEOs, deputies, and DDs who followed after me. I was there when we built the current version of Lifeinvader as the city knows it. I was at the table when we made events that are still talked about. I wrote the words that would be the foundation that whole departments would base themselves on. Why do I want to be the leader of Lifeinvader, cause I miss the house I helped build, and I'm coming to collect my keys, I’m coming home.
