2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Having been an active member of Lifeinvader for over 2 years, i have built a strong, genuine connection with Lifeinvader and its members. With my experience of being COO of Lifeinvader for 2 term and many other High command position during rest of terms i can gladly say that i am well known with Li and ready to lead the organization.
Assuming getting opportunity of managing Li. I would like to continue the good work that previous leadership is doing and try to elevate the quality of work within the organization by getting some good individuals with high skills and qualities.
My goal is to create the environment where everyone can work friendly and get meaningful experience. I would personally assist the people to get to know about this organization.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I have planned to get all four department together to get them stay aware of what each department is doing and what their plan of actions. so all departments can work in synchronization and praise their hard work.
I have planned several events like internal events and public events. So our members can have some time to relax and enjoy after load of work, and residents of city can also get opportunity to showcase themselves and win great prizes. We will have at least 2 events every week.
To maintain high performance and quality of work, I will appoint a Head Coordinator for each department. This will allow team members to focus on their primary duties, with double-hatting permitted only based on demonstrated ability to ensure all tasks are completed promptly and to a high standard.
