2. Why do you want to become the Leader of the National Guard?
2.1 I want to become the Leader of the National Guard because I actually have a strong background in leo RP and management skills. I can bring sincerity subject, and professionalism to the NG even as also creating comfortable experiences for soldires. I need to assist the NG to grow to be a reliable and strong branch that civilians know they can depend upon at some point of emergencies, hostage situations, and intense operations.

2.2 I will make certain NG keeps good relations with different nation departments (SASP, LSPD, FIB, EMS) so that in emergencies, we will respond together quick and efficiently.
2.3 I will introduce weekly bonuses, training programs on professionalism, aiming practice, negotiations and hostage rescue so each member remains sharp and prepared for any situation.
2.4 I will create a response (Tasc force) team for high-risk conditions, along with armoured cars, LMG, and conduct join exercise with other orgs. This special crew may be trained to respond fast, clean, and with minimum casualties.
DIVISION OF DEPARTMENTS :
Black Ops – Conduct hostage negotiations, monitor ghettos, and provide elite security on ammo runs.
Airforce – Fly jets daily to patrol the skies and secure the city from threats.
Military Police – Perform car searches, license checks, and keep order within the National Guard’s jurisdiction.
Human Resources – Recruit, train, and ensure professionalism within the organization.
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
3.1| Maintain Realistic Interactions
Encourage members to speak and act realistically in every scenario no rushing no mixing OOC/IC, and always staying in character.
3.2 | Follow Protocols and Chain of Command
Proper discipline and structured communication increase immersion. Members should respect ranks give clear call-outs, and handle situations professionally.
3.3 | Provide Regular Training & Feedback
Conduct weekly RP training sessions, scenario drills, and give constructive feedback to help members grow.
