Two players were continuously insulting me during the situation.
They used OOC-level rude slang including:

• “Fu*king your a$s” at 59:26 (Video Time) in the video — (F-word → GR 6.19)
• “Bi*ch” at 1:01:00 (Video Time) — (Rude insult → GR 3.1)

Both insults violate the GR rules:

Rule Breaks:​

• GR 3.1 – Insulting a person (OOC)
  Punishment: Mute 180 minutes or Ban up to 7 days
• GR 6.19 – Using F-words / N-words
  Punishment: Ban 1–3 days

You think if you give a fine for a destroyed car, the owner will be nice to you for that? Instead of hearing us, you continued to give the fine, then I called your high commands there to report your actions. Attaching my screenshot so the admins can see that the car was destroyed, not "illegaly parked". I explained it to you multiple times. And for the GR 3.1, that's for OOC insult. We have all the rights to say anything about your actions as it's completely IC and we have freedom of speech. Nice deceiving admins btw, GR 6.19 doesn't have anything to do with the word "fuck", that's for something else. And we CAN say the word "bitch" that's not even harsh.
