2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 - Since I have been in the city for several months, I have a lot of experience in both legal organizations and a few gangs, so I would like to be the leader. I was a Lt. General and a former deputy of the Ballas and Los Santos Vagos. I believe I can use my leadership skills now.
2.2 - Under my leadership, the city will feel our presence around-the-clock; we will own the turf, control the events, and continue to crush Leo's. The governor only needs to hide in the capitol building and watch the crimes committed by Bloods in the live broadcast on Life Invader. And I'll make sure that everyone remembers San Andreas. Bloods, not the governor, rules this city when the smoke clears.
2.3 - I have solid experience in different illegal organizations, where I have learned the intricacies of operations, negotiating, and planning. I have successfully managed team communication, coordinated major events like FZ and Battleship, and assisted with hostage operations. Colleagues and superiors have always respected my ability to lead under duress.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
• I'll make sure there is no toxicity among the gang to make a friendly environment and everyone be together in every situation.• I'll give a good bonus to the member as an appreciation to improve the roleplay.
• I'll do store robbery, FZ raid, gang raid, especially hostage situations, etc. as much as possible and guide them to improve their knowledge and roleplay.
• I will try to continue the fear of the Bloods gang in every organization.
• I will try to run the organization with no conflict or problem.
• By hiring experienced high command, which helps newcomers in learning rules and regulations and handling situations easily.
