We were doing Petroling in city and then this guy over speeding in city so we demand to pull over and step out from car but he didn't comply with us he run away with car and after that when his engine got stall by ram from wall he run away by his foot so he scared and left the RP situation immediately. Please look into matter and take appreciate action against him.
