According to the GRP laws ic , a legal name change must only be done at the Capital Building. The DOC gym NPC method is considered illegal RP-wise. However, when I approached a DOC officer LEO inside the facility, I told him directly that I wanted to change my name. Instead of informing me that this method is illegal and directing me to the Capital Building, the officer dragged me to the gym and instructed me to change my name using the NPC there. Even the NPC indicates that this process is illegal. The officer should have responded that name changes cannot be done at the DOC and that he could only provide a tour if requested. By allowing and assisting an illegal name change, the officer broke the RP laws RP wise which is corruption so please check that this guy have the bio or not if no then its gr 6.4

in pov us can see that he is running while dragging me which is pg also his name have more than 2 capital latters

he is from sahp as i recognize him from his dress SAHP must be punished for it as sahp officers doing three rule breaks on duty at same time

I believe the running while dragging was some kind of Bug because after recent update this thing is totally bugged. Everything you drag someone and open any door it just starts running. Rest is UpTo admins they can punish him for PG. Also Fail RP in the end as he released your arm without saying anything. Also you are doing PG, you're cuffed and you are using Radio. No G.R. 6.4 in this.
