Dear admin, please read my instructions carefully and follow along in the POVs.
"First POV": What does it say on the screen when the POV starts? "Player 88147 refused to raise hands." He points a gun at me before starting the recording. You can see the provoking party in the POV. However, to deceive the admin, he doesn't show the area where he will be punished in the POV.
"second pov": When we look at the pov of the video, at time 00:30, the microphone presses the button and says "See you on the forum, no problem bro." Here, 82310 is already making "mg". He should get a "mg" penalty. Secondly, at 00:34, the person with id 88145 asks a question "what is forum" and the person with id 82310 goes up to him and pretends that he is disabled. 82310 makes "ooc" and makes fun of his speech, presenting him as if he is disabled. He should get a "GR 3.1" penalty for this part. At 01:48, the person with id 120067 calls 88145 my brother and breaks the "GR 3.2" rule. 120067 should also get a "GR 3.2" penalty. If the Turkish admin checks it, they will understand what happened.
"Third POV": As you can see in the video, while I'm waiting motionless in my car, he climbs on top of my car and tries to provoke me. Everything is visible in the video. When the Turkish admin watches it, they'll understand what happened. He should be penalized for "provoking" for this pov, too.
The admin's own crimes are evident in his own videos. He's both provoking and trying to deceive the admin by making them watch incomplete POVs. I demand whatever punishment he receives. He already speaks Turkish in all of his videos. As far as I know, since we play on the UK server, speaking any other language is prohibited.
