Dear Lebron,
I hereby submit a formal complaint regarding the Discord moderator Noah Freilich (User ID 54213) from German Server 2.
Description of the Issue:
The above-mentioned moderator repeatedly appears in the DE01 Global Chat, despite being assigned to DE02. While doing so, he openly boasts about having moderator rights on Discord and acts as if he were the leading administrator of DE01. According to his own statements, users can contact him via direct message to personally reduce their punishments.
In my opinion, this behavior is highly unprofessional, biased, and represents a serious abuse of power, which significantly damages the community’s trust in the moderation team. Additionally, his Discord bio lists several former staff positions, which further reinforces this inappropriate display of authority.
Specific Incident:
On December 5th at 11:01 PM, I merely asked him in the Global Chat to ensure order within his own server (DE02). This message was punished with a 2-day timeout without any prior warning. In my view, this sanction was completely disproportionate to the situation.
I respectfully request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and, if necessary, take appropriate disciplinary action, including the possible removal of his moderator privileges should these accusations be confirmed.
