2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. My Vision as National Guard General: I Wanna be the Genaral of National guard because I wanna increase Roleplay among National Guard personnel and among the citizens and other state orgs. I wanna make National guard great again as it was in old days. Me and my staff will give our best ot NG and the increase the rp together.
2. My Leadership Plan: If i became the General, I will ensure that everyone is doing great and giving their best to National Guard. gathering a lot of National Guard personnels for every events and solve the sittuations smothly and easily. We will focus getting a lot of well knowledged Soldier.
3. Experience in NG and city: Its been more than 2years of me playing Grand rp project, I've been in many state ORGs and gained a lot of experience in there learned a lot of things about rp and handling sittuations if been in all State ORGs gained HC rank and a lot of knoladge and in my this journey i've also joined national guard and gained experience of NG, how it workes, whats the work of NG, how they deal with problems, how they help other legal orgs etc. i acknowledge the city rules and follow them.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. Having good communication between all legal org in a regular baises and meetings with the state leaders about the city and all.
2. Having good communications between our Soldiers and having meeting with them in the meeting room on a daily or weekly baises.
3. we can inprove the roleplay level by intracting with the citizens makeing them feel safe and chill, providing them a crime free city.
4. Hireing High Commands that are really capable of doing a good rp in all the department.
5. We can motivate the Soldiers to do their best and perform their role nicely.
6. Always on time. We need to respond as fast as we can in every situations.
