Targeting and MG can be seen in the 1st video at timestamp 0:16 ID 337597 walks up to me and starts calling me by my name "Bam" (I had mask on he used OOC ID in IC to do MG) and continuously keeps following and asking me "how are you" which in this case was purely provocative since just 5-10 mins ago there was an event in which he was repeatedly saying " aww " on my unconscious body in a toxic way, the first time in pov 2 was timestamp 1:17 then again comes at timestamp 1:42 and repeats the provocation. In POV 3 you can see at timestamp 0:41 both him and his friend continue the toxicity in prime chat, "hahahaha bam" after I died from a glitch, him clearly following to provoke and taking my name again and again shows the targeting he is doing. In POV 4 at timestamp 0:57 again after he had killed me writes " LOL " to provoke toxically.
This is not new, he has been doing this for quite a while now, in the 1st forum reference below you see how he spammed the chats multiple times with toxic things after killing me. in 2nd thread you can see he insults people OOCly and even got punished for GR 3.1 and in 3rd forum thread you can see he plays videos with vulgar and offensive OOC insults on forums in an extreme way, all these show his extreme toxic nature and even after several punishments he seems stubborn to maintain his toxicity in the game, please take strict actions.
Regarding the Racism/Politics you can see in POV 2 at timestamp 1:22 ID 12535 says " my very good Indian friend " in which seems like a racist accent/way, even if said in a joking manner might offend many and at timestamp 1:46 an unknown ID does mercy killing (since there was no need to finish my kill, the event was already over and parachute of valuable was taken so there was no point of MK).

in POV 1 at timestamp 0:36 she does extreme provoking/toxicity in OOC chat and spams it too and later in hospital at timestamp 2:39 continues the toxicity/provocation in POV 2 at timestamp 0:48 again after killing she continues this toxic behavior in chatbox to target me in POV 3 at timestamp...
