this State Employee 11853 was Using a mask on duty which is not from Org Warehouse, it is not a black magic as you can this Player wantedly used the mask and it is the violation of State Rule 1.10
125666 - was also seen using very vurlger and abusive words, I dont know wheter he will punished or no cause its third party POV, it would be great if he punished

meanwhile the player 11853 wearing mask she is Deputy of State!

(Insufficient evidence that SR 1.10 has been broken + 3rd party POV)

(From the thread owner POV, you had no interaction whatsoever with ID.11853 nor ID.125666 and from the POV provided by ID.11853, it clearly shows that it was a bug that you yourself confirmed at 0:38 "oh now it is gone" so most likely it was a bug in your POV, Also in your POV you didn't approach ID.11853 to confirm it until later as we saw in the POV provided by ID.11853 which turned out to be a game bug)
(We do not punish orgs without having solid evidence)
