I punished by Yaswanth Trigger for Fail RP and GR 6.15. But i said "I am patching you" when i was patching him. And also he was my bounty. That is why i shoot him.

My sound circle everytime in min. (f12) I did not think anytime this will be problem for me. And also why i punished after 1 shoot directly? Why admin did not wait for kill him? How can he know i am shooting him randonly? It was bounty but i lost my guns. I hope you can check that from logs. I never did not do any Fail RP or RDM before.
