1. Leader of Bloods Street Gang
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (Three reasons with explanation)
(1). I want to become the Leader of Bloods Street Gang because I have enough experience in the criminal side. I have worked as a Under Deputy in Bunta Ballas and also served as a Under Deputy in Bloods earlier. With more than 4+ months of experience in illegal activities, I’ve learned the structure, discipline, and responsibilities a gang needs. I want to use this experience to build a stronger, more organized Bloods, and guide new members properly.
(2). During my time in crime organizations, I noticed many gang members breaking server rules, not respecting leaders, and harming the reputation of the gang. If I become the Leader of Bloods Street Gang, I will make sure my members follow ghetto rules, maintain proper RP, and show respect to each other as well as to other organizations. I want Bloods to stand as a disciplined and serious gang.
(3). Along with illegal experience, I also have legal side experience, so I understand how events and situations look from both perspectives. This helps in handling events properly without breaking rules. I will make sure that Bloods Street Gang events happen smoothly, fairly, and with proper RP from both sides legal and illegal.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
→ To improve the RP level, I will be strict with recruitment. I will not invite every random player who wants to join Bloods. Right now, I see many gang members across the city who break ghetto rules, fail to RP properly, and damage the image of crime organizations. If I become the Leader of Bloods Street Gang, I will focus on recruiting only those who understand RP and want to grow with the gang. I will personally guide and train new members to make sure Bloods becomes a respected and high-quality RP gang.
