Dear Chief Administrator / Curator of the Project,

I am writing this complaint to request a review of the decision made by Floki Vilgeroarson in the thread linked above.

The Issue:
The administrator accepted a complaint and issued warnings to IDs 73237, 93918, and 130202 based on a video where the accuser explicitly stated: "My sound was not recording."

Why this decision is unfair and against the rules:

1. Violation of Complaint Rules: The "Rules for Filing a Complaint" clearly state that the video evidence must contain all sounds, including the author's voice.
2. Missing Context: By accepting a muted video, the Administrator ignored the context. The accuser could have been provoking, insulting, or refusing RP, but we cannot prove it because his audio is missing.
3. Suspicion of MG/Gen 6.17: The player in question is an experienced player. It is highly suspicious that his microphone "failed" exactly during an arrest situation. This suggests he might have been hiding Meta Gaming (Discord comms) or breaking other rules, and hiding the audio protects him while getting us punished.

We request that the warnings be removed as the evidence provided does not meet the server's requirements for a valid complaint.
