Hi Lebron,
I'll try to keep this short as possible and try to explain what's happening in best possible way.
Yesterday around midnight I was banned for x2 G.P. 1.1. on my main ID: 39683 even I have 2FA and didn't share my account with anyone ( talking about my main account)
Couple a months ago when I was back from my business trip from US, I've try to log in in my twink account and it's say that is banned 2024 in December 2024.
Tried to raise 3 complaints yet no one even bothered to help me or to check what's happening.
I've checked the forum multiple times and I didn't find any complaint on me, or anything similar, I didn't applied for leader of organisation or Admin, yet my logs have been checked.
To keep it short:
1. I got banned in very beggining of playing here 2023, and I didn't know the rules about IP adress switch, back then I changed my provider and still god banned.
(Keep in mind that today you don't need to contact Chief or Deputy administrator for internet provider changes and it's not punishable).
2. Second time that can be checked in logs that someone else entered on my account is when Grand RP had a hackers attack, which I got evidence that I've send to Mujo, today Nixa Simba where everything is investigated and players were safe, but we were instructed to get 2FA just to be safe.
3. As both of my characters were banned and I have no options to play anymore without breaking rules or anything else that is punishable with Blackisting and additional bans, therefore I ask you to check what's happening.
I've asked in my 3 different complaints about my twink what went wrong since I didn't play from August 2024 to March 2025 on any of my accounts, I didn't get proper info, just that twink is banned for G.P. 1.1. as well my main now for x2 G.P. 1.1.
As from my logs if you will check it, my twink got like 5 years in city, main got more since I played there for last 3 years.
Basically got nothing on both of my characters, didn't break any major rules, but know I don't have an options to play anymore.
My only awarness is why Deputy administrator didn't check the messages between us where he cleary got whole conversation where I informed him about changing my internet provider, about my bussines traveles, that I'm playing on same computer for last 3 years and etc.

I'm also sending a thread of complains regarding my twink: Rejected - Žalba na odluku administratora | Mujo Simba no one helped me, no one gives any explanation, I wanted to provide a plain tickets, even asked in my company would they vouch for me that I was outside of Europe with Zero chance that I can play, working day and night to earn for my self.
About my main, I would also ask you to investigate, since I have all evidence which is covering for me and what happened in previous time with my first G.P. 1.1 and second and maybe more hackers attacks that I was not aware of since most of the time I'm outside of Europe and cannot play as in the past.
