In my POV provided I was robbing an atm, he ran under me, so I decided to dip out. He rounded the back of the corner and as you can see, I didn't shoot until he was aiming his gun at me. I was unable to give demands, or I would have been killed. I was leaving and he got dumped on. Please review as he was the aggressor.

Requesting a review, warning removal and set free if possible.
