Well, look, if your friend is temporarily banned from the forum then he really shouldn’t be joining events where he needs to submit his own POV. He’s still responsible for that. I’ve actually seen a similar case before someone tried the same thing their friend uploaded the POV for them Reviewed - Pov req I 0000, and that player ended up getting a ER1.7 ban. So honestly, there’s nothing more to say. Let’s just wait and see what the admins decide....

first of all let me clear you one thing if u dont know something then dont step into that topic , there isnt any rule that if a player is forum banned then he cant play any events and in pov reqs if the guy who got requested for pov is perma or temporary forum banned then of behalf of him his friends can give the pov as the main point is to show the pov to admins old people know these things so, dont use ur little brain too much bro .
