Backstory:
Born in the gritty streets of Dhaka, Bangladesh, Hossain’s life was shaped by corruption long before he understood what it meant. By the age of 5, he was already running dangerous errands for local criminals, learning how power, money, and silence ruled the world. His father disappeared under mysterious circumstances — a story no one dared to finish — and his mother struggled to keep him away from the life that kept knocking at their door. A family tragedy led to his relocation to the U.S., where a distant uncle gave him a new name, a forged identity, and a single piece of advice: “Blend in, but stay in control.” Hossain took that advice to heart.
Career:
He began his career in SAHP at just 7, rising quickly through the ranks not by chasing justice, but by building influence. He learned patrol routes, found weak links in the chain of command, and started trading favors behind closed doors. By 18, he had already built quiet alliances with gang leaders and low-level corrupt officers.
Now 32 and serving in SANG, Hossain is seen as clean-cut and professional — but behind that sharp suit is a web of off-the-books deals, laundered information, and protected criminals. He doesn’t just survive the system — he bends it to his will, always staying two steps ahead of both sides of the law.
Outcomes :
1. Hossain can do ghetto clapping and rob people and do illegal activites while off duty. ( by following GR 6.16, GH 1.8)
2. Hossain is allowed to use illegal and painted weapons on or off duty.
