Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I'd like to lead Families in order to promote more activity, enhance community ties, and create a positive, immersive roleplay experience. I understand how gangs operate and how Leos will react, allowing me to create engaging interactions and maintain realism. I like its style and ethos. My attachment fuels my dedication. With previous leadership experience, I know I can lead Families responsibly and enthusiastically.
What I'll contribute as leader
Regular activities and regular attendance to ensure Families remains active and engaging.
Clear rules and onboarding so new recruits understand expectations from day one.
A zero-tolerance approach to toxic behaviour — we’ll be competitive but respectful.
Training and mentorship from experienced members to develop newcomers into trusted players.
Rewards and recognition to keep morale high and encourage participation.
Open communication: I’ll listen to ideas and keep decisions transparent.
Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
First month: boost neighbourhood activity by showcasing our strength , Regular Turf attacks , and engaging roleplay scenarios.
Plan frequent, significant roleplay scenarios (hostage/stores etc ) to keep Leos and other organizations active .
Hire players who knows basic rules well ( our deputy will put efforts to train them ) — not quantity, but quality.
In case of new comers deputy will be there to teach them about basic rules including gang rules .
Ensure respectful behaviour among us .
Maintain the atmosphere entertaining and drama-free so members remain active and motivated.
With dedication, structure, and a focus on strong, realistic roleplay, I’ll build The Families into a more active and respected presence in the community.
Note: i had a good experience on en2 and i can lead this gang good by my great experience i hope i get a chance for interview
