I am appealing the ban issued by Admin Frost for "Refusing PC Check." I believe this was a major technical misunderstanding, not a refusal.
• I was riding bike from my fam house to black market event ( Stealing car)
• Admin Frost teleported me and asked me I aim a gun.
• My character would not aim due to a technical glitch possibly related to the ongoing State Control Event ( As you can see in the screenshot). I was pressing the mouse it was moving the camera and worked in the character inventory but it wasn't aiming.
• I attempted to resolve the issue by quickly replugging my mouse. I was banned for "Refusing PC Check" during this brief moment of necessary troubleshooting.
I was banned for not being able to perform the action, not for refusing to cooperate. And i wish i was recording with my phone or something to attached with his forum so respected admins could see how unlucky i was being.
I have game recordings of my recent activities that clearly demonstrate I have no suspicious or forbidden software running. I am available and ready for a PC Check at any time to prove my innocence and commitment to fair roleplay.
I urge the Senior Administration who believe in fair and equality and doesnt jumps into conclusion, to conduct an investigation, using my past event povs and server logs. My inability to aim was purely technical, making this ban completely unlucky and heartbreaking.
I beg for an opportunity to return to the server hope dear people who are understanding will consider take a look on this matter. Its kinda heart breaking for being banned for being unlucky.
