2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.)
• I have continually been part of the EN03 for quite a while now, during which time I have taken various roles in the High Command of in famous gangs. The experience of being on the leadership teams taught me a lot about how an organization functions from the inside, handling members, maintaining discipline, and keeping your cool when things get out of hand. After absorbing knowledge from various leaders and scenarios, I consider myself mature enough to lead families and bring them the kind of safe and orderly leadership they deserve.
• While I was in the city, I committed to handling the criminal side of events in the best way possible, from FZ raids and store robberies to hostage situations and quick response situations. I was never the kind of person who would just throw in some random numbers to rely on; instead, I like to do the planning, divide the work correctly, and keep the communication going. In that manner, I want to use the strategy of teamwork, structure, and efficiency in families so that the gang would be known for that instead of just random acts of violence.
• To me, robbing, killing, and shooting were always the most interesting parts of gangs. It got me further into the dark side of the criminal world and gave me the opportunity to work with different shooting crews. Recently, I was involved in a group that was succeeding very much, but the season was over before we could achieve our fullest potential. This time I want to do the leadership work, embracing it fully, going about it building a gang that would be disciplined yet would have the control of the turf, graffiti active, and going to the events every day. What I want is constant control, not just for a short period of time.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
• Keep the gang active daily with proper RP events such as FZ raids, gun store and 24x7 store robberies, ammo runs, and realistic hostage scenarios.
• The Leader, Deputies and members should always be in contact with new members, help them during events, and show them how the gang works.
• Continue to perform steady turf and graffiti to demonstrate that the gang is alive in the ghetto and not letting the areas go inactive.
• Maintain the nature of the gang: no toxicity, no pointless arguments. A respectful gang is always a top performer.
• Every new recruit to make sure they understand server rules, gang expectations, and basic RP standards before they join.
• The Leader, Deputies and members should always be in contact with new members, help them during events, and show them how the gang works.
• Continue to perform steady turf and graffiti to demonstrate that the gang is alive in the ghetto and not letting the areas go inactive.
