2 why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
i) In recent times in all the organisations the quality and responsibility of leadership has gotten worser, i believe that i have the proper ability to bring back roleplay and and proper leadership in the organisation. If i become the leader of families, I will give my best to try and bring back the roleplay and gameplay in the Families. As i have past experience as Under-Deputy in all gangs of the city.
ii) I will keep all the members in my organisation like my own family members, whether its a deputy or a newbie. But, i still will have to become strict and punish them who do not attend events like Clands, Store Rob etc. without any particular reason on why they are not attending them.
iii) I will give my best in turf events like FZ raids, Clands, Store robs etc, and assign the people and members their ranks after knowing about their past experiences, their knowledge and turf/shooting skill. If any members wants any help or promotion, i will surely insure their problems and promote them according to their new informations and skills.
3 Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I would keep a close watch on my members and observe that how much they are invlolved and have interest in proper roleplay, and i will demote or promote them accordingly.
- I would give my best to keep the gang active and do as most as events like FZ raid, Highway Rob, Store Rob daily to improve the Roleplay.
- I would demote them who spread Toxicity in the gang, and promote those who respect the members and their seniors.
- I believe that i will help and teach the new players and members to teach them Roleplay and Increase their interest in Proper Roleplay during all events and even while playing the game or having fun.
